Red Lettering

Stories will not be written easily. A story without a heart is dead, and the only place it will get a heart is from the author.

Writing Prompt: 06-27-2014

Origin: “Caught by a Sunbeam”, by Josephine Wall. Do remember that, (surprise, surprise) I don’t know this artist and haven’t looked at a huge amount of her work, so if you want to look up some of her other work, keep your attention and caution in action.

Do you want to write something from this prompt? I’d love to read it! You can post a few paragraphs (or a few thousand words, or whatever you want to write) in the comments, or move it over to your blog and leave a link in the comment!

[I really look forward to being able to read anything you write from this prompt, and I expect to enjoy it very much and for my readers to also enjoy it. That said, please keep everything as clean as it gets because otherwise I will delete the comment or link to your blog.”Only what is good for building up…” If in doubt, ask. My contact information is on the About page.]

  1. I like your about page! I didn’t even realize you had one ’till just now…..
The purpose of this comment is also to ask you permission if I can feature your blog on my “try-to-be-weekly” Blog Recommendation Sunday. I am trying to set up four or five blogs for the month of July and your blog meets all of the qualifications (and more!!!!). Just let me know when you can!
(I tried to comment on your about page but it kept logging me out and saying that I was my sister…..oh well….)

    • I saw your comment last night, but I wasn’t sure how to answer. Should I go with the calm, cool, dignified, “Why, yes, Rayleigh, I would love to be featured on your blog. Thank you so much.” Or should I go with the slightly more accurate “You really want to feature my blog on yours? Oh, wow. There. Is. No. Way.”
So, yes, I would absolutely love it. But I’m completely amazed, and over-honored.

      • Of course I love your blog! And I am sure all of my readers will too! I truly admire your boldness to proclaim your Christianity and through reading your blog, you have encouraged me to be bold as well. I can tell you have a leaders personality and are not easily swayed into wrong doing. You and your blog have been a blessing to my Spiritual life and I thank you!

I love hearing your comments. Please add to the discussion! (It'd be awesome if you could keep the comments G Rated. Thanks. :p)
